Converting to dot 5 brake fluid

Rebuilding my brakes on my charger new lines calipers all of it other than the master cylinder. Read on the bottle could eat seals blah blah blah. Thinking about flushing the master cylinder then It's all clean. Anything else to know and worry about?

Just so you know, you can get DOT5.1 which is not silicone, has a very high boiling point, without the drawbacks of DOT5.
It's also compatible with DOT3 and 4, and not has no trouble with ABS.

DO NOT use DOT 5 in our brake systems!! The seals and hoses are not meant to work with it! The only things that use that stuff are older motorcycles and British cars.

If you want really good brake fluid for cheap, go to the Ford dealer and get the brake fluid for the newer F350 SD's and such. It had to be upgraded because the original stuff was boiling when the trucks were hauling heavy loads. This was the least expensive solution. It is basically a low-buck racing brake fluid! A LOT of people use it for just that!
