Limp in mode, can't figure out why

I've recently been having an issue where I get limp in mode a short while after driving the van. It is a 1989 turbo 5 speed van running a MPtune calibration. I have a 3 bar, disabled the O2 sensor, and tuned a little bit. It is running really awesomely before it goes into limp in mode, then it slowly gets worse and worse until I'm unable to keep it at freeway speeds.

I used MPscan to get the stored diagnostics codes. They are as follows

    15
    16
    18
    24 X
    27
    31 *
    32 *

The ones with the stars don't bother me, I don't have those hooked up. The TPS is the only one that can cause a limp in mode. The TPS was at 1.1V with the throttle closed and 4.1V with the throttle fully opened. I added a resistor and it is now .75V closed and 3.3V full open. The problem is still happened. Looking at the values in a data log they match exactly with the voltage meter.

This just randomly happened one day. It is very frustrating.

    *update*
Just tried a stock logic board and it is doing the exact same thing. I will try a whole stock SMEC in a little while. This is so frustrating.
