Are those the Europe export ones, or do those just say Chrysler on them?

I think they are, the Mexican ones don't say "Lotus" if I remember correctly, but I thought that the euro's did.
I'm kind of surprised that no one has any of these, I almost like them better than the shelby covers...
Not really that surprising, since they weren't sold here, and there's not all that many 16V R/T enthusiasts who would bother getting one shipped over, then if they did and are still "into it" probably don't wanna sell.
Guess you'll have to keep at it... most of them would have been in Germany. Now an interesting thing, when communism collapsed and the iron curtain opened up, and the free market began to create a middle class, there was a huge vacuum of unrequited car lust, and remembering that Chryslers were seen as BMW/Merc competitors in Germany, more upmarket than we tend to think of them, then a lot of not quite so new (i.e. affordable deluxe) cars went to Russia... resulting in something of a community of Russian chrysler fans (paving the way for later success of LH platform there) ... but they don't mix it up much with us on T-M here... and there's a language barrier and a chance of being scammed, but I think a lot of German cars might have ended up there, so careful inquiries in that direction as well as pursuing German leads might get you somewhere.
Anyhoo, good luck with the search.. I am sorry to say that if I found one at a yard sale next week, it's ALL MINE MUHUHAHAHAHAAAAAA!!! ... on account of a dream project being to stick a TIII in the back of a Lotus Europa, so it would of course NEED to have a lotus cover... but since that's gonna be a distant prospect, I'll probably link you up if I spot any that aren't highly local to me.

And what car is that? I'm very curious now...
Looks like the 87 CSX prototype that was out in Arizona I believe. Definitely a P body though.
