LSD won't help there per say, there are a ton of things to do before going LSD, IE tires, preloading the sway bar, suspension, poly bushings and mounts, up the boost, better IC, the list is endless.

If you have a 520 trans you could get an OBX diff and install it fairly easily. I do agree with Simon that there are better bangs for the buck first.
