    Our latest project CSX-T #764

    We picked up CSX-T #764.
It looks like hell, but has no rust, other than the surface rust on the roof and hood. The bottom of the car looks 100% better than the top. Even the brake lines are clean.
The engine runs, but builds backpressure after running for a bit. Must be out of time or have a valvetrain issue. We picked up another engine from an '88 Daytona C/S and we have all the parts lying around to go T-II style intercooled with it.
Should be done for SDAC #23

After four hours of sanding we found no surprises, filler or major collision damage.
    Nice.

2 guys, One with 36, one following behind with 80.

Plus the fact that mother nature removed 90% of the paint before we started.

Cool, makes total sense since the clear is whats going to plug up your paper. I'll have to look for that mother nature trick more often! lol

    Re: Our latest project

Now with primer. I still have to do the bodywork on the doors and fix the grille, but it's nice to see it primed.
