I want to put rally type suspension on my spirit rt. Can I put srt 4 suspension on it or is there any thing that isn't super stiff. I travel down dirt roads to work every day and it's not very well maintained

You can run the Rich Bryant setup, but I think you may lose some travel going that route? How about some taller sidewalls on the tires?
The srt4 front struts will work with some modifications, but it will lower the car quite a bit (I did it to my spirit the other day). You may want to use a spacer and some longer studs on top of the strut to regain some height
Could use van springs on the front for probably 2" and a stiffer spring, dunno what would go on the back.
More sidewall would help, but you only wanna go +10 on the width or +5 on the sidewall, (both give about the same extra height because of sidewall being percent of treadwidth) or it would get bad for braking.
Used to be you could get small light truck tires, for the older Rangers and VW Transporters etc, but those are hard to find these days. I wanted to get LT winters in the oldskool size for my Voyager, due to them being very rugged, and handling a lot of weight, but although I could "find" them, i.e. order them from a specialist at $200 a pop, I couldn't "find" them local and cheaper.

Mopar made rally springs for these cars many years ago. I originally had them on the rear of my Daytona (for drag racing); but I went to Eibachs and lowered it at about the same stiffness. Unfortunately, they're probably really hard to find anymore. They lifted the rear of my Daytona at least an inch, maybe a little more, over stock.
There was a P-body rally build on here somewhere, not sure if it went beyond shell prep though, could see if there's any clues in it.

That was mine, project got stalled after the engine tear down since it needed rebuilt. My "stage 1" suspension was spirit r/t struts and springs. This raised the shadow an inch or so. Not sure what to do on the spirit but a skid plate is a must, my spirit bottomed out right on the oil pan a lot.

Yeah skid plat is going to happen for sure. They semi maintain the road. I was so td that slightly modified "suby" suspension struts can work
There used to be skid plates available for K-based cars. They were installed on cars for special service duty, such as forestry.
