Description: Too many cars to enjoy and not enough time to race or dedicate to this car as I should. Vehicle has been redone from the ground up. This started out as a brown 1985 Plymouth Horizon in 2002. It had been gutted to the shell. Mostly everything has been replaced. All new fuel lines and brake lines. Stainless steel brake hoses with 4 wheel disc conversion with vented disc in the rear. Koni suspension all around with Eibach coilovers from FWD performance. Walbro 255lb/hr fuel pump with EFI tank. Motor is a stage 2 1987 Turbo II built by Forward Motion which includes a JE Pistons, recondition Turbo II rods, forged crank, new oil pan and bearings. Ported cylinder head and a .475 lift cam. Ported intake to match with 52mm throttle body. Ported exhaust manifold with 2.5" swing valve with stage 3 Forward Motion turbo. Spearco Intercooler. 3" stainless steel exhaust with Dynomax Bullet muffler. Transmission is a built 413 with race style torque converter and reverse manual valve body with Hurst shifter. Super 60 electronics modified to read O2 sensor readings and hard to come by Super 60 harness. Interior is all new with new carpet, headliner, re-upholstered seats, dash, and mint plastics. Exterior has been professionally painted Santa Fe Blue with black gloss finished ground effects and front and rear bumper. All new GLH specific headlight buckets and grille and decals. 16" Pumper wheels with BF Goodrich KDW2 tires like new. Car only has 3-4,000 miles on it since rebuilt completion in 2006. Car has appeared almost yearly at Chrysler Carlisle since 2006, has appeared at the Mopar Nationals in Columbus, OH and SDAC-19 and 20. Numerous awards received.
Car is very quick and has only been drag raced 1 time with a best time of 13.1 at 105mph with street tires.
Well over $10,000 has been invested in this car as well as time (5 years+).
