Just posted recently for a wanted Rust free K car etc, im also looking for a Omni turbo that i could possibly put my engine in. gotta be rust free which i know is tough, but i will travel to get. If its complete thats fine but would prefer maybe a roller

How much are you looking to spend? Does it need to have paint on it etc? I picked up a NA Santa Fe Blue Omni about 2.5 years ago that's as clean lack of rust wise as you're going to find in the mid west IMO and it was $600.

Been contiplating selling all again and going for a AMC v8 Gremlin X which is my dream car(dont laugh) or getting a old british car like a older style Mini. I was thinking ive always liked the Omni, and was considering maybe finding one and swapping my set up in

There are a few cars out there for a decent price which are already done. The money saved and headache avoided may be worth it to spend a little. You can get a nice running S car for what you'd give for a beater Mini or Gremlin in the same condition.

i have talked to the wife about buying one already redone etc. shes okay with it but i have to get rid of my yorker which will be tough i think with a bum rear 1/4 and needing the rebuilt trans put in. I would love to have true Shelby Dodge car, Omni or Shadow prefered, but i always love T-Top Daytona's also, though they weight a ton.
