Ok, Ive got a stage 3 glhs cal from FWDperformance and wont be able to intercool the car till next week. Will I be safe at 15 PSI and 93 octane fuel? I really need to know this cause I dont want to blow anything up.

NO, turn it down, I would run 7-8 ish until you get one. Listen for knock.

But 4-5 PSI is REALLY WEAK.
Do you have a stock or any milder cal you can use for a week?
No, Y?
The cal is a custom one for the 2.5 I put in. But its for 15psi and cant intercool it until I get a shroud made for my radiator.
Do what Simon said or melt your first piston. 4-5 psi for a week is a mild sacrifice compared to rebuilding your 2.5 already. Or you could simply modify the throttle pedal actuator a little.......
So run the 4-5 off the mainifold, or are you in a race everyday you drive.

Im just gonna take it really easy. As I dont have any vacuum line to plumb it straight to the wastegate.
hehe. I do agree to listen to the "veterans" here, however, I ran 14.5psi on my non-intercooled 2.5 for 75,000 HARD driven miles with no problems. The grainger was actually my only mod other than a full 2.5" exhaust.
Guess you could say I got lucky!
I tried that too when I was younger (I'm now 21). After that first giant mistake I learned that it's far easier to rig the car to make no power by pulling off the wastegate actuator arm then spend a ton of money all over again. It's a tough enough fix on an L body that you don't want to do it very often on the side of the road, so it kept me out of trouble for a while.

Well, it will be pretty damn weak when you crack a piston or ring land, or perhaps throw a rod.
I understand your need for instant gratification but you just need to learn some patients. You can't run it at 15PSI with no intercooler on pump piss fuel. It will detonate. You need to turn it down or just not run the car at all.
I've run 17 PSI non intercooled, pump 93 octane, 10 degree timing. No issues, and I don't know WTF you guys are flipping out about. At 15 PSI an intercooler barely does anything, turbo is barely generating any heat at all. Intake charge may be 120 degree's on a 70 degree day, a stock T2 IC will take it down to maybe 100, probably not even that. 120 degrees isn't really anything to worry about, plus if he has a charge temp sensor the ECU will add fuel because of the hot charge.
I suggest perhaps backing the timing to 8-10 degree's because the stage 3 might have a hair more aggressive timing than stock, but other than that he's fine. As I said I've run 17 PSI non intercooled before on a MP ECU and 4.7v diode on the map with 62 PSI base fuel pressure.
