    First run @15psi with a/f reading 9.2

    Second run @22psi with a/f reading 9.2

My Meth system was not working during the runs. Ambient temp was 96. humidity 4 million percent!

Gained 91hp and 128 trq withan 7psi increase. With some tuning I am quite confident that I can get the 300hp mrk as is.

A little FYI, I never plan on making this a high hp car, just wanted to build it the way it should have been.

That looks pretty good. I bet it would wake up quite a bit with a leaner AFR.

Using Gus Mahons actual old boost controller(grainger valve).

yes, hopefully next week we can properly tune it. Been hella busy at the shop this week.

I am actually really happy with the results. I mean, basically all the engine mods are simple ones.

I am working on a ported head, port matched manifolds, bigger/better turbo(just realized that the turbo on it is a stock t2 with a quik spool option only)

mostly, the turbo is just a stock garret with a quik spool, stock head with spec cam, my meth system was not spraying, i have to change the nozzle.

Crazy 7psi made that huge jump? Figure ambient is around 15psi, so you went from 30 total to 37 total.. I would have been expecting half the gain!

It sure dropped off hard on the high boost run...any thoughts as to why it made less power at 22 psi than at 15 psi over 5300? Where you getting any knock? Charge temp? What IC is in there? Did it hold 22 psi all the way through the rev range?

gobs of torque. once i get it dialed in correctly(fuel), i am going to start swapping cams and see what differences there are.

still looking at everything. lots to sort out. we did a 4rth gear pull both times, held 15 and 22 solid on both. i/c is a custom on gary donovan made for me along time ago, two talon intercoolers basically. where do you see it made less power? i am a little confused

Yeah, most likely the head and turbo for sure. also after a couple of runs out here, its almost impossible to get the car to cool down. we had a srt4 on the dyno today and after the third run, all the numbers started going down. friggen humidity is a killer rt now, just plain nasty. i should have my alky system corrected next time so that will help.

I'll vouch for the humidity, I was at AJ's shop yesterday and it was hot and sticky! Looks like you're most of the way there on the dyno runs, I agree that leaning out the AF ratio will net you a bunch more power
