Paint colour?

a while back i replaced my 88 daytona style nose and side skirts for the later 89 style
my cars colour is that dark purple/brown/red...?!?!

anyone know the name of the colour and its code?
ill also need the same info for the silver skirts (ground effects)

I found out the hard way that's its very hard to match up paint even with the stock paint code. I went through 5 colors before I gave up and just did the job with the last color. Apparently there are multiple colors for 1 paint code.. I don't know if they didn't know what they were taking about at the paint shop or what.

I did find out however that they have a camera that sits right flush against your body/paint and takes a fairly accurate pic. That may be your best bet.

Shows you were to find the paint code. I couldn't find my color (PB4) on his sheet.. but you may have better luck.

should be Blackcherry, the I.D tag should be on the radator core support front and center
