    WTB Caravan Part

    Hey everyone
I am looking for the front license plate holder for first generation minivans with the chrome bumpers. I think they were made of metal, not plastic. I have one rigged up now, but if someone has the real thing they want to sell cheap, I'll buy it. Or I can trade for parts from my daytona that I'm parting out now...see the 87 daytona parting out in the parts for sale section
    thanks,
    Lee

By first gen do you mean the originals like the 85 or are you including the 89 and 90s? I can check what mine had.

I checked mine. It is the metal one, but I'm in Canada, so up to you. 2 bucks plus shipping. I can only ship cheap to Canada through our work account though, so see what you can come up with if you're interested.

Yeah, thats what I thought, I mean living in a front plate state, my junkyards are in PA, but the vans with front plate holders were not the metal ones.

Whorse: I've never shipped/bought anything from Canada, so I don't know what I'm in for as far as shipping. if you could get me a price on shipping, I'd appreciate it.
    thanks a bunch,
    Lee

What's the verdict Lee? Either way is fine with me, I'm not looking to make money here. I can probably throw the whole bumper in for you Simon. In fact, with this new buick, I've finally got a boat big enough to haul all the parts from the van over to you sometime.
