anything can be built the customer wants, and will be priced accordingly. whether it be an equal length long or short tube header, and unequal length, or a log header, im game for almost anything someone wants to buy.

How much (round-about) would it be for a turbo manifold and 2.5" turboback exhaust for 92 Lebaron convt 3.0L V6? I am staring my build project and tryin to get pricing on everything. And seeing as you are a vendor, id like to stick with you

I'll get back to you. Exhaust wise, better off just sourcing it locally or buying kits the other vendors offer.

Bolton 2.5 systems are common for 3.0s, so if you brought the turbo outlet to stock location, regular 2.5" would fit... but, I think you want to go 3" if you want to go custom, and if you want to make 300HP... you can probably make 300 with a 2.5, but it's getting to the top end of what it handles, and you don't need to be concerned about keeping up extraction velocity with a turbo, it's "all used up" by the time it falls out of that wheel, so just having a big pipe for it to trickle out of works better. Some calculators will tell you that 2.5 is working against you as soon as 230HP though.... but there's also big differences in performance due to length, number of bends, resonator and muffler optimization etc etc.
DD1: '02 T&C Ltd, 3.8 AWD. DD2: '15 Versa Note SV, replacing.. DDx: '14 Versa Note SV << freshly killded :( ....... Projects: '88 Voyager 3.0, Auto with shift kit, timing advance, walker sound FX muffler on 15" pumpers wrapped in 215/65/R15 H rated Nexens.... and a '95 phord escort wagon PnP head << Both may need to go :( ..... I like 3.0s ... so??? ... stop looking at me like I've got two heads!

Noted and fully considered. 3" it is, I can deal with the loudness for the power I am looking for

Your DP will be custom based on the turbo, location etc-but we can make it after you figure some things out, so the vendors cat back systems will work. Based on you only wanting 300 whp, a 2.5" system will suffice and be quiet if you want that and if you go with the 3 speed.

Ilike the look of this setup. And I am going to go with the 3" and 5 speed.

That's it, ported, opened up, divider removed, bigger elbow and welded back together. We will be doing one the same but with the top raised for more plenum volume.
