    Exactly:
Please just post a price for the deal like you did for speedfreek500, with the obvious minor up grades of course.
Set the price, take deposits, get cores.

    Simon is reliable.

    Thanks

There is no logical reason to call an Engine a motor.

That's a neat looking setup, just really needs some fabbed aluminum valve covers to complete the look.

I wouldn't... mitsu/chrysler took 5 years getting the PCV venting right in the front head... guessing at a solution might have your motor sludging up, blowing down valve guides even though you circlipped them etc.

Re: Offering welding services, custom manifolds or ?

i have parts to make a set of aluminum fabbed valve covers waiting, the baffling in the cover would be really easy to duplicate, and there isnt any form of the stock pcv left, just -8 fittings in each cover (and a baffled fitting in the oil pan if i have drainback issues), to be piped to a oil catch/coolant overflow container im fabbing.
aeromotive 340lph fuel pump in stock tank, may go to a inline surge tank with bosch 044. fast (siemens deka, 60# hr injectors) fuel lab regulator and filter. and while aem waits to release a 6 cylinder version of their universal ems-4 i will be using an aem fi/c already wired into the now repaired underhood harness.
hope to max out the turbo, then go from there, either a new bw efr, or a gtxr garret. and redo the x-over to be a proper twin scroll output.
should be fun, i just wanted to be different then all the other 3l guys and build it my own way.

Re: Offering welding services, custom manifolds or ?

When doing the 1pc, is there any port work involved? Are you guys changing runner lengths, porting it out, or just opening up the plenum area and adding a larger neck?

I know the one the pictures are of were done for a customer, but are there any known results?

I'm interested in one myself but it's low on the priority list since my DD needs some work, and I have some other issues to iron out with the SC.

Re: Offering welding services, custom manifolds or ?

Basically we'll be porting the runners/legs, removing guts internally persay, so thus making it a larger plenum and no divider, then welding it back up with a larger elbow.

Re: Offering welding services, custom manifolds or ?

The welding that was done on my intake has not given me any problems yet to date, He did an awesome job and was better than i thought it was gonna be.

The clearance at the cam cap on the driver side to the throttle cable bracket is the same as oem, I think he has a jig to make it fit perfect with no mods after he is done to mount it back on the head.

Thanks Again for the hard work

Re: Offering welding services, custom manifolds or ?

awesome, yup, made a sweet fixture to hold it all in place, should always fit like the way it should.
glad your happy, hopefully others will be ready to step up for their own, ive got the bits to do a couple one piece intakes now, and simons got a 2pc intake i want to do a full custom upper plenum for. and for arguements sake i have the jigs to do a full custom intake, purpose designed for the customers requirements with plenum size and runner length. lots of possibilites, just need customers.
looking to start the 16v headers once my car is running, so it should be pretty soon here, made to order of course.

If the cost isn't too terribly hateful, I'd love to do a header. Even if its a log header.

I ran a log header on my old Thunderbird and it made a suprising difference. If everything fit like stock and it was a decent price, count me in. Guess i'd just need to sell my ported manifold
