Offering welding services, custom manifolds or ?

Shayne and I are offering our services to weld up, build anything you want. We've done a modified one piece and will be offering a TIII header soon, but really, anything goes. We will have jigs setup for TIII's and 8 valves so if you want a header, we can make it anyway you want. Our quality will be top notch but at reasonable pricing, so the average TM'er can afford it.

Shayne has made some wicked headers for his turbo 3.0L that are bar none the best I've seen, they won't be cheap, I'll get some pics up later.

I'll add he is a certified welder and its what he does for a living.

To weld up the A413, $100 including cleaning, shipping extra of course,

Ok, to make that manifold in the pics that he welded up, the one is in the pics was modified by the owner, will be $250-$300 with a larger neck and we'll do all the work, we can provide a core or you send one. Core charge would be $20. Pics of the manifold he welded up. If you want a different one piece done, IE larger plenum, then ask us. We are looking at making 2 piece upper plenums too.










Here's the Log header, introductory price of $250. This sucker WILL NOT crack and no brace needed.

Going to look at a T3 and Dodge flange so you can use either turbo if you change your mind down the road.

The TIII header should be soon, want to try an almost true back to back with my cams first, then put the header on.

i fab stuff all day for a living, but the demand will determine whether anything gets built or not. the 3l headers wouldnt be cheap, as there is a lot more effort put into making everything work and line up properly, but the 4cyl headers should be a bunch easier. prices and quoting would be based on what the customer wants.

thanks, i couldnt package a equal length set of manifolds the way i wanted to and keep from getting in the way of a/c, driveshafts, shifter cables, blah blah blah. so i consulted with a friend who welds manifolds back east, and he agreed that an unequal length set of manifolds would be almost as good at my power goals, and more efficient than log manifolds, and a ton better than the stock one.
