horn issues

hi peeps!!having a slight issue w my l-body horn.it stays on constant unless i unplug at the horn.could this b the relay hanging up?also have a parasitic drain and would appreciate any troubleshooting help on both of these issues.thanks everyone!!

I've had trouble with the contact in the steering wheel. I'd suspect that if you start at the switch there you'll find the source of the trouble without too much work. To be honest, I usually just pull the relays out of the fuse block and call it a day.
