    Overheating??

    Hey all!

I have an 86 horizon that I got a few months ago for a work car. It runs fine, but when I shut the car off I hear boiling water sounds comming from the radiator. I already pulled the radiator and had it flushed and checked out as well as replacing the thermostat. But still its doing the same thing. The car does not have full gauges, just the idiot lights and it is not comming on while I drive it or when the car is off when the key is on. It also doesnt seem to be losing coolant either, as after it cools down the level is very close to the top of the radiator cap. The fan is on an aftermarket thermostatically controlled switch and seems to be working as it should.

So, what else could it be? bad cap? Bad water pump? Blown head gasket? (There is no sign or water in the oil or vice versa) This is kinda drivng me crazy!

Help me Obi Wan, Youre my only hope! :-)

    Thanks guys!
