K car collection

[Dodge Aries K]

Well, I decided this morning to park all my K's (besides the parts 600 convertible) together and take a few pictures. This one, though... is my favorite. I'm pretty proud of this.



Yeah... that's a LOT of K's together.

In order from left to right: 88 Reliant LE Sedan, 83 400 Convertible, 85 LeBaron Coupe, 82 Aries Custom Coupe, 84 Reliant SE Wagon, 84 Town & Country, and 84 Aries SE Wagon. Now if I can somehow pry the 81 Reliant wagon out of this old lady's paws before it gets turned to rust hahahaha.

Well normally they're not parked there. I have a lot of spots kind of set up for me in the alley by my house as well as my shop and the garage on the house. I have another K in a garage down the street (Dodge 600) but it's a parts car so I didn't include it with all of these haha. Plus in the alley and at the other garage is alot more of my junk haha.

It was a bit of work to do this but almost all of them with the exception of the 88 Reliant were pretty close to being sent to death. It's neat because with most of them there was an adventure to go along with it... not always a good one, but always an adventure. I've been to beautiful Ft. Meyers, Rawhide's facility in Wisconsin, past FLINTTOWN in Michigan, and near Minneapolis to get some of the cars. I should write a book or something out of the adventures hahaha.

Yeah, quite a lot of people slowed way down or stopped to look for a minute. One person asked me if they were a bunch of old Chryslers and thought it was cool seeing them all parked together. One by one they'll get the attention they need and fixed up nice. Not sure yet what's all staying though haha.

Took this yesterday on my Dodge 400's maiden voyage to go from a one owner car to two. Antique registration and insurance is good and cheap thank goodness hahahaha.
