rear hubs for 5 to 4 lug swap

I have a 1986 aries , i want to swap to 4 lug wheels ,need new drums and rotors, so just order apropriate sizein four lug, and I have the front hubs, but i only have one rear hub, will omni horizon hubs work on the k car spindle, I can find lots of those.
The why of the swap, is to use the ugliest pimp nasty chromies i have ever seen, perfect for a Spedwagon.

There seems to be an answer, and the search actually works on this board.
Am i right, the omni hub flange will work?
It also seems i am not the only one who noticed there's alot of honda rims out there.

I went from 5 lug to 4 for the same reason on my Aries...scored cheap autox wheels from a Honda.

I suspect the omni hub will work, but i do not know for certain. Try cross checking part numbers on the Rock Auto site.
