Descriptive Titlecomplete harness and computer for 92 iroc 2.5 turbo 5 speed

i bought this harness and computer for my 91 shelby and everyone says it's not the same so i cant use it so 250 takes it it's what i paid plus shipping i'll eat the shipping and send it to you for free! it's complete everything is there the guy i got it from did a great job removing it. the parts are in panama city fl call for more info,352-299-6466,tony

What do you mean it's not the same? Is it a 92' 2.5 manual trans harness or a 91' harness of a mystery nature?

To the best of my knowledge, yes the programming of the computer for the '91 Shelby and the '92 IROC are a little bit different, but the wiring should be the same (assuming both are 2.5L 5 speed). I'd hate to see you sell the part if it is in fact something you could use to keep your car alive.

The wiring is not the same. In '92 Chrysler multiplexed the cruise control switches into a single wire. Before that, each switch got it's own wire.

sorry guys my car is a 91 ,the harness i bought is a 92,looking at the cruise control wiring looks the same side by side, could i just hook up the 92 comp to the 91 harness and see if she runs or will it damage the comp? both are 2.5 568 trans cars

I don't know the answer to that question, but if you don't use the '92 computer please let me know, I would like it to have as a spare in case mine fails.
