Soak bowed part of the headliner board down with water from a pump sprayer or mist bottle.
Lay the headliner board on a flat surface with the bow facing up.
Place some weights on the bow to hold it flat until the water evaporates. Put a plastic garbage bag in between the headliner and the weight to keep it from sticking.
You may have to repeat this a few times to get the desired results. I have had good luck with this method.
If you have a mousy smell to the headliner board, use Westley's Bleach White instead of water.
