    Cable Retaining Clilps

Anyone have the part number for the cable retaining clips for a A520/A555? I'm looking for the 2 small clips that hold the cables on the shifter housing, and the 2 larger clips that hold the cables on the transmission end. Mine are getting wore out and I gave most of my spares away.

    Thanks.

as far as i remember, the 555/520 only used 3 clips. 2 of the same to hold the cable to the cable bracket and 1 funky looking clip to hold the selector cable onto the shifter lever on the trans, the cross over cable used a smaller version of the white plastic snap grommet that is part of the cable.

Yes, I believe so sometimes. I've had the ones on the shifter end come off before. But mostly mine are getting worn out from constant removing/installing. LOL.

It's actually 5 clips. (2) that hold the cables on the shifter bracket in the car, (2) that hold the cables on at the shifter bracket at the trans, and (1) little one that held on the cable end on the transmission.

Although it seems shadows had 4 ball/socket arrangements instead of the one funky end. ??

Safety wired mine after one popped off on me... Mine have always been more on the 'loose' side since day 1.
