    Where to start?

I have a 93 Daytona with a short problem. It seems that sometimes my turn signals work and sometimes they don"t. Also the automatic door locks will engage and disengage while in a cut off state as well as driving down the road. I was wondering if this could be a relay problem or just a short somewhere. Where would be the most likely of areas, P.s. It seem the occureance happens more often when the weather is damp or rainy.
