    intercooler tubing run!

    so after i finally do get mt radiator from tu i am going to install a front mount intercooler.can anyone show me some pics of front mount l- body intercooler installs?wld b greatly appreciated!also,how much boost wld u say is safe with cast pistons and mp+20 injectors?thanks everyone!

    obviously your engine doesn't look like mine but the pipe routing could be similar

    Knock-off Spearco style intercooler, stock radiator relocated as far right as it can go.

    I made mine from 3" 180 mandrel bent pieces. You could get them from Ebay or a speed shop.

    Ive seen some go through the area of the PM through the inner fender. Does anyone have detailed install pics of this?

    ^^^^^^^^^^I believe "boostgeek" did this.
    1989 FWD Turbo Caravan-2.5 TIII, GT35R, auto, a/c, cruise, pwr windows/locks, fully loaded with interior and ran with full exhaust. RETIRED FOR A FEW YEARS! 12.57@104 :O)

    Actually...you're right. I think that was the first time I saw that on an L-body. There isnt any detailed info on it though. I was wondering what he did with the PM and stuff.

    He's doing ok, still a slow recovery but he's walking,

    I got a universal kit from CXRacing. They sell on eBay and have their own website.
