    FelPro intake gasket

HI I found the intake gasket at Summit for $6. This seems relatively cheap - too cheap. Is the correct gasket for a 8V turbo car? In the picture I cant tell if it is paper or graffoil graphite composite. Has anyone used this before with 20 psi boost?

If its that silvery stuff, I love it. Can be reused a million times if you are careful.

I always get them from autozone, I've walked out with it before. Longest I've had to wait was 2 days

    Re: FelPro intake gasket

I almost always buy Mopar gaskets or find out who the OEM supplier is. However the last time I picked up half a dozen intake gaskets from Mopar, 2-3 of them were obviously from a different vendor. The port holes in the gasket shrunk by quite a bit on the revised style gasket. This probably wouldn't matter on a stock head (unless it had lots of core shift), but serious issues on anything with a ported cylinder head and or exhaust manifold. Wound up using the Fel-Pro gasket.

I to have had decent luck with Felpro turbo variety gasket...no doubt the non-turbo gasket wouldnt last a day.
