Description: Ok guys, here's what I've got. I started accumulating GLHS radiators and intercoolers, and realized I have way to many, so this one needs to go. This setup is kind of half and half as it sits. It's half G/H/J/K and half GLHS. The radiator is a standard T2 unit from a Shelby Z, Shelby Lancer, etc. The intercooler, and intercooler brackets, are GLHS. As we all know, the G/H/J/K radiator can be used in an L-body with minor modifications. For those of you who don't know, a GLHS rad is a modified G/H/K/J body unit. The GLHS unit is slightly narrower then the G/H/J/K body radiator. It's a fairly easy modification when it's all apart. If someone needs directions on how to do that, I can fill you in. If you don't want to do that, you can also move the pass side lower mount on the core support, and it'll just about bolt right in at that point. If it were me, seeing as the radiator needs to be recored, I would disassemble it, make the same modifications Shelby did to convert it to a GLHS radiator, recore it as such, and drop it in. But I guess thats up to you, you've got a couple options. The radiator obviously does need to be recored, but it would be a good start for your local rad shop. It's all there, and in pretty good shape(other then the core). My local rad shop here charges $200 to recore them, and they look like new when they're done. The intercooler is standard GLHS issue. It has the typical intercooler paint peel, but it is in pretty decent shape, and doesn't have any fins that are really beat up, there are a couple that aren't perfect. With a little bead blasting and a fresh coat of paint, it would look like new. The brackets, which are GLHS specific, have been bead blasted and powdercoated gloss black. They look like new, and come with all new zink plated hardware.
Looking for $125 or B/O for the whole thing. I figure at that price, if you cleaned up the IC a little, and spent around the $200 to recore the rad, you'd have a pretty fricken nice rad/IC assy for just over $300. Or, if I have buyers for the IC and rad seperately, I would split it all up. Not sure exactly on price if I split it, but PM me and we'll figure it out. Shipping is not an issue (buyer pays shipping costs) or I can bring it to the Buckeye Swap Meet in April for free.
