    1989 dodge daytona es turbo

    hi was juss wondering if the parts off a 1988 daytona shelby z fit my 1989 daytona es turbo

    Yes, they both should be 2.2L engines. (Assuming they are stock or as stock)

    If the '89 is an ES, it should be a 2.5. The only '89's with a 2.2 should have been the Shelby, which was a full T-II.

    But, yes, they will both bolt in just fine. you'll just need to add the charge temp sensor wiring (if not already there) and run the appropriate calibration for the 2.2.

    Stand corrected, I thought the '90's were the first 2.5's.
