Whats the ID of the EX side of the head? Have a spare manifold gasket or Head.....

I am working on getting a parts list of what I need to make some manifolds for my turbo setup. What size is the head ID?

I just checked my stand motor. I measured 1.450 with my dial calipers. Just under 1 1/2 inches. I bought 1.5" tubing for my future headers. My flanges from columbia river do have slightly bigger holes though. I think they are about 1 5/8".

damn.. you still need measurements for the id of the crossover? ill go do that right now

i got 1 11/16" for the inner diameter of the crossover pipe. i dont have a fancy way of measuring but im pretty confident

hmm, I just measured my crossover pipe. I got 1.685 for OD (1 11/16") and 1.550 ID for the actual pipe.
