I'll be there but at this point no way I'll have the van done in time. I'll be on six day work weeks until at least the first of Sept. I might get drug to a wedding (not my own lol) on Friday so I might miss the downtown event at the slippery noodle, which sucks because it is a pretty awesome place to hang out with live blues playing.

The bad news... Looking at the list at FastMopar.com I'm afraid we're pretty far from getting 16 cars to get our own class If you plan to go, PLEASE sign up! Any 4 or 6 cyl car 13.99 or quicker, will not be heads up so anyones chance to win are equal!

The good news... For those who like to Auto X, Monster Mopar has added a Mopar Auto X to the schedule!!!

I was looking to register, but not sure which class.

Fastmopar.com street says it's 9.0-15.99 but you must have dot legal tires (I want to run my slicks)

Huges Engine class is open to any time, no electronics, but doesn't say if it will be heads up or dial in.

Kilpatrick Pro class 8.5-13.99 Thinking this might be the right class, but doesn't say if it's heads up or dial in.


Let me know if it's one of these, or another one..... Of course I do see a class labeled "rolling burnout" Thinking this might be a burnout contest??? If so that has the minivan's name written all over it. Put a set of crappy small tires on the front and let'em rip!!! Afterall who won't vote for a minivan doing a burnout!!!!! LOL

so has anyone received any more info on what class we should register? I sent in a question on there website a few days ago but I haven't received a response. I'm thinking I will at least register for pro class, and possibly trophy on site. I'd prefer to enter the street class, but I have a feeling running non-dot slicks someone might complain if I would actually win a race or two.

Also registering for the Pro class allows us to enter the Fastmopar.com box/no box saturday race.

Does anyone know if there will be any racing Friday? Or is Friday just the cruise.

Just registered for the Pro class. Was thinking about entering the van into the judged car show event too, but figured I'd wait and see how many other guys are in the class "Truck/Van pre 93 modified" and register on site if there are less than 3 entries
