    Description:

This is the 5-speed shifter boot and plate that is unique to '87-'89 convertible J-body cars. The boot is in excellent shape, it just needs a little more cleaning to look new. The plate is in ok shape. All of the hold-down tabs are present and in good shape, however the "studs" for the boot have all broken off. This is not a hard fix and can be done many different ways. Also, the "wood grain" is a bit faded and near the boot the clear is starting to bubble a tiny bit. Overall I'd give the entire part a 6.5 out of 10. Because of the fading it can never be a 10/10 part, but for a conversion done to a daily driver or for somebody who wanted to paint it, then it could be a great part!

Let me see if I can get it into a flat rate shipping box from the USPS and I'll let you know ASAP. Going that route will cost the least. I can also put tracking and such on if you like.

I don't have pictures, but I have a few 5-speed pedal assemblies as well if you don't already have one. I *may* even have a shifter or two laying around depending on how picky you are and what transmission you want to go with.

I have a stash of Lebaron and Daytona pedals and shifters already. Haven't made up my mind whether I will go with a 520 or a 555 as I have several of each. That will depend on whether I drop the T2 motor in or leave the 2.5 that is in there now.

    Sale pending payment.

---------- Post added at 08:07 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:02 PM ----------

OK, shipping with a Priority Mail flat-rate box with delivery confirmation is $12.10.

If this is OK, just email me at: grimmreaper90@gmail.com and I'll give you the information on payment.

I tried to use the "small" box, but I was afraid the part would be damaged in shipping because it was a VERY tight fit, so I had to go to the "medium" box.
