Anyone make any good 225-40-17 tires?

I need some wider rubber for the SRT-4 wheel son my T2 Shadow. Anyone make any good 225-40-17 tires? Drag radials cool too.

The Kuhmo Ecsta MX are great, but not real good for drag racing as they tend to be greasy for that, but are most excellent for autocross and dry street action.

I've had good luck with Yoko AVS ES 100's I think they're available in those sizes also. Lasted 3 years on my car so far including the occasional burnout, probably 10K miles on them now. I'll probably look for something new over the winter for it.

it says 245 in the title then 225 in the post
I'm pretty sure you meant 225 because I don't think 245/40's will fit on srt wheels.

as for tires in general the BFG's are good

ooops, fixed that... 245 would have to be 30 series probably.

These would be street tires so the Kumho's or maybe Falkens might be ok too.
