Part of me saying the turbo is maxing out is that you gained ~1.5hp from ~1.5 psi. Turning up boost would probably increase torque at lower rpm but not add much to peak #s. I certainly wouldn't mind being wrong, though. Have you run your best trap speed (and race weight) through a horsepower calculator to see if that comes up with a number higher than your dyno? That would suggest the turbo can make more power. I feel like it SHOULD be able to make more if you ever feel like traying. My reasoning is that the VNT and mitsu have very similarly sized compressor wheels and the VNT one seems to be of a much more modern design. When i ran my recent mitsu-van runs through a hp calculator it said the mitsu was able to make ~230hp.
