Could our cars spool that, either 16v or 8v? Just curious.

The DSM boys claim they can spool it on a similar displacement 16v 4 cylinder. There's a thread on one of their sites about using it. I was going to use it as an upgrade on a V6 I have but am selling off all of that stuff I didn't know if someone on here would be interested in it.

That's a pretty big turbo, especially a TS T4 frame, I would guess spool to be at the 5K+ with a 16 valve head.
