I got two of them and then populated the extra sockets that are normally not used using the extra wires from the second one.

The wire colors match the 80s cars for 90% or more of the wires.

I have the diagrams of what I did at home and I can dig them up later tonight or this weekend. It should probably be a KC article.

You've already posted them in a thread I started about this subject. Perhaps it was two years ago now?

95-99 Neon but I think the 2gen Neon is also the same.

You really need to have a soldering iron and shrinkwrap to do the job correctly. You can't just twist wires together and expect it to hold up for long. I also am not a fan of butt connectors. For me they always eventually pull loose.

Here are the diagrams from the Neon FSM...

The wires are all pretty much matching colors so there isn't much thinking involved... Jut cut the fusable links out and connect them to the matching colors in the PDC.
Most of the fusible links feed into the bulkhead so match the wires of the same color first and then the features basically line up.

    For the Fuses...

black/red is rear defrost on both and goes to fuse 8 (40A)
large red/white goes to fuse 3 for the headlights (make it 30A unless you ran bigger wiring) I think this one is also red on our cars.
pink/black goes to fuse 2 for the ignition switch. (make it 30A) I think it is red on our cars.
(it doesn't really matter how you connect the fuses if you make them the same amperage)

The hazard light feed is orange on our car and needs to connect into the bk/wt wire on pin 20.

    For the Relays...

The starter relay is yellow/red on the neon and only yellow on the 80s cars, etc.

The ASD relay works fine just connect it up
The AC relay works fine just connect it up.

The ABS relay works well for the Radiator Fan.

IIRC Our cars used the ASD relay so the fuel pump relay so that isn't really needed.
(I have megasquirt driving my fuel pump relay and a low oil pressure switch in charge of the ASD relay which will cut spark if there is no oil pressure.)

Neon horns are grounded rather than driven with voltage so we don't need the horn relay so that is also a spare.

The interior lamps are fused inside of our cars so that fuse isn't needed I plan on using it as an under dash light fuse.

At any rate I have forgotten a lot about how I connected things now but it wasn't a difficult task until I started customizing for megasquirt extras.
