did you try adjusting the catch for the latch ?

Try swapping the latch from the old hatch to the new one. Maybe the new one doesn't work.

Ya i would if it was still around,i didn't grab it cause it work fine on the other car and mine work fine to hust was not as clean.
Fixed,so for what ever reson their was a little pice of rubber/bump stop on the latch pulled it off and what do you know it closes thanks guy's
