Background:
SDAC's e-mail list has had issues for a long time and is now pretty much defunct. Issues include the mail being blocked and bounced by various addresses and auto unsubscribed from the list, etc. This is unacceptable as it is a great communinication tool when it works.
Soulutions?:
If you have experience with mailing list management, and know how to solve the above issues on an existing mailserver easily, please chime in!
If you have suggestions for what you would consider a good bang for the buck mass e-mailing list, please post up!
