Does the Whittier factory still make cars?

Does anyone know if the Whittier factory is still open and making cars? I couldn't find much info of it on the internet....

IIRC correctly, part of the facility is now a parking lot. So, no.

Yeah, we had a thread a while back about it... hasn't made anything in forever and now is pretty much gone.

FWIW, the Shelby Series 1 (Olds powered) were made in Shelby in Vegas
