I just got the first copy of issue 134 in a bag from the US Postal service. The bag has informed me that "The enclosed was found in the mail or has been damaged in handling in the Postal Service." I'm assuming it's the latter because I'm sure you guys didn't rip that many pages by accident.

Ouch! Yeah, sometimes the mail shredds them, but we have luckily not had too many. Did you get the replacement OK?
