Hybrid Shadow

Well I've decided to make a lot to get some input and opinions. So here's a little about her. 91 Shadow America holding a 2.2 base bored .020, Ported 420a head, wiseco pistons, refurbished TII rods from FWDPerformance, Garrett turbo for now. +40's custom intake and header as well. All run from Megasquirt 3 with MS3x. Heres a few pics let me know what you think. I will be posting lots more pictures when i head out to the garage. Thanks alot guys and please let me know anything. I could care less if you dog on my plum crazy block let me know!

Yeah me either. I spent lots of time on it. totally stripped etched and even high built and blocked. i plugged off all bolt holes i wont need and the latch provisions since the cf hood will be pinned on. I cannot wait!

I'm in Northern Michigan. I'll have a few more pics up tomorrow most likely when i roll the car into the garage to drop the k frame and strip everything down. One problem I have noticed with using the 420A Cometic .051" MLS head gasket is the copper crush pins that are used to keep the layers together hit the block on the front 2. I will be removing them since the backs should hold it together well enough. I'll post what I mean in the A.M. Thanks for the thumbs up ucku

Well one day when I went to the parents house I had a new Dodge badge in my car so I stuck it on their Duramax.. So he had gotten me back. I noticed it when I uploaded these photo's to my computer.

Glad that motor worked out for you mr glenn. Yeah I thought it was a bit funny because I laughed he didn't notice his for about a week and I drove mine for about two and didn't notice. Oh well it broke off when I hit the deer. That deer was the inspiration to get this build started off.

Yes sir deffinetly will be thanks to some new cam gears! Haven't been working on it much lately since I'm swapping engines in my neons but will deffinely have lots to do after the neons out. Thanks for the gears!

Slow progress lately due to the neon throwing it's fits but now that's done so I bench tested the MSIII and the MS3X and all working perfect. Should be onto wiring this weekend. Lots of pics will be uploaded. Stay tuned my friends!! It's time to get serious!

Big parts list ordered. Be moving this to the garage and crack down on it. Paint and body work here soon. Slow progress needing to get done soon. Shopping for a decent Mig tomorrow to get me caught up with some fab work.
