twin turbo 360 rpm limit?

Iam putting twin hx35s on a 360mopar one guy thought that the 35s will be chokeing it off around 5000rpms iam really hopeing i can turn 6500-7000 do any of you have any idea of what my rpm limit will be.

I don't see a problem pulling to 7000 but i hope you building the bottom end strong.

Just a cast crank stock 360 they have made more then 600whp on stock short block, as far as the houseing go's i think they only have one for the hx35s stock cummins turbocharger on 94-02 modles anyway they also had the hy35s, but i could be wrong.

If it's the stock housing and HX35 is Should be the 12cm, HY35 would be 9cm.

I agree with bakes, and if the Charger can make 550WHP @ 7000rpm through a smaller turbine wheel and 9cm housing, I really can't see a problem with dble the cyl's, a little more than dble the displacement and two slightly larger turbine housing/wheels with smaller compressors.

Should be a really good match! How much HP you looking for?

Well, he does have smaller compressors, but a little more dissplacement, so, ya 1000-1100 sounds good to me! 5-700 on low boost street tune

yes pics are under "custom turbo mopars" The turbo mustang guys claimed that the hx35s were good for 1000hp, Iam not concerned with makeing that kind of power just yet, my goal is 550-650whp. I have a 5.7hemi with a rod knocking that iam building a little later on that iam wanting to use and make some serious power with. Once i get the hemi done iam going to see how far the 360 will go iam hopeing i can make 800whp a couple times before she grenadeds

I haven't decided which power plant I want to use just get. I'm hoping to find a 6.1 at a decent price by the time im ready to build mine. Have other projects first tho
