btw, the vin is in one of the photos. i would be interested in getting whatever is available for title history if someone could run a carfax and pm me with it. hope that's not against the rules anywhere!

Hmmm, funny, you bought it on 11/11, but the seller relisted it for sale on 11/13...

Really nice car though, doesn't look like it would take much to get it to show quality......

I was going to buy it last year, but found my csx-t instead...

By the way, the louvers are missing......

the louvers are there, he just didn't have them on. these are the pics he provided. i haven't taken any yet. weird deal on the relisting! did u ever go look at it last year? curious what he all told you about it. looks like a guy from castle rock had it previously. no rust that i can find but haven't put it up on the lift yet to really look. what concerns did u have last year that kept u from buying it? how much was he asking back then. never did meet him, just his dad when i picked it up.

Sweet dude1 I take it you don't have the van in your sig anymore?

Start a count of how many people ask you what year Mustang it is Lol people used to ask me that all the time when I had the GLHS on the road still.

    Re: back in the game

still got the van. spun a rod bearing in it shortly after i upgraded the turbo and cranked the boost. been sitting for about 2 years. interior is nearly perfect yet. bought it new in 89. been meaning to fix it up..........

car really will need some work. lots of little things, runs rich, clutch is bad, interior needs to be stripped out, cleaned, yada, yada. good news is that my wife thinks its "cute" and said something about her driving it. sounds like the green light to spend money.

still looking for an sbec2 car. would like an iroc r/t. maybe next year. stand by for a bunch of newbie questions.

I didn't look at it in person or talk to the seller last year, I just saw the ad on the net for a few months. If I remember, it was in storage and not driven for a long time, and was listed for around 2k. Coincidentally, there was another one exactly like it for sale locally at the same time for $900. The $900 was more within my price range, but at the last minute stumbled on the csx-t instead.....
