    Turbonator Templates - new grouping

Ok, so I know the grouping of tables and table descriptions has been lacking in the Turbonator cals. Honestly, I've just had more important things to do. But, it's to the point now where I really want to use all of the features that MP Tune has to offer to make these cals as easy to tune as possible. So, I modified a 'test' version of one of the T-SMEC templates to show a proposed new grouping structure. I know some don't like change for change sake and I don't either. So, I don't want to make this kind of update more than once. And, all of the tempaltes will get this update at the same time.

So, please give me feedback on this template grouping format. Does it make it easier to find what you need? Or too many levels? Etc.

As I get the descriptions done, I'll be adding those, too.

I prefer it, although i'm having no real complaints with the current grouping. I found it easier to find what I was looking for with the new version....if that helps!

Yeah, I personally don't have any problems with the current structure - but I never really did anything with the subgroup feature that Morris added to MP Tune 2 until I put in the PumpShot group. After that, I was thinking I could take it a lot further. Plus, some things are still in the wrong group, kind of.

Re: Turbonator Templates - new grouping

OK, I have this new grouping setup in all of the codebases. Morris added a feature to MP Tuner that will allow me make a 'master' template and copy the grouping data down to the other templates.

If I make this change, there's really no going back to the old grouping. So, any objections before I press the button? I added a poll and will leave it open for several days at least before I make the change (or don't)...

4 votes for changing it. Does anyone oppose the change at all? Where's Bucar? He hates change...
