SBEC TBI or Turbo

I picked up a 91 SBEC that was suppose to be from a turbo car. It has a SBEC 522 chip in it. I can't read the number on the outside of the case but the VIN they had associated with it lists it as a TBI. what else identifies a SBEC as TBI or Turbo. It has two heat sinks also.

Its a TBI unit. 3 heatsinks is turbo, 2 is tbi (dont know about T3 though).
