There is a thread Frank posted a while back asking those who had contributed to the KC to update their contributions by moving them from the old system to the new. He posted links for the old ones. If you can find that thread, you will be able to access the original KC articles. I'm too tired to find it right now. Correction, too lazy.

I still don't understand why there is a disconnect between the KC link at the top of the page and the one on the home page.

Re: What is up with Knowledge Center?

It's not just the Knowledge Center, it's the whole website. So much stuff got lost in the format change. If you click on my name and click threads started by me, you'll see the threads/write-ups I wrote all the way back to 2006. But if you go into those sections, they only start at 2008. So unless someone knows how awesome I am and know to search me for my threads specifically, they won't find my write-ups. I've read threads by others and have tried to go back and find them but to know avail. Like the offset for a LM. I knew I read it somewhere but couldn't find it so I had to post the question in a new thread.

Yeah I was looking all over for the KC article on engine painting that JT did and couldn't find it. Oh well I think I remembered enough of it though and the engine came out nice.

Why not just put the old KC back? Nothing wrong with that one.

Re: What is up with Knowledge Center?

Yeah, that steh plan, now that its winter.

Frank's out right now, but I'll let him comment.

Plain and simple, its a lot of work and time. Thsi is partially why we have soem new staff members to help with this. Did I mention its a lot of work? I moved most of the original KC (with Bucar's help) to the last (VB3) KC and unfortunately it ALL needs to move again... Now with SDAC, etc. I really do not have time to move it again, so Frank and the rest of the staff will have to champion it.

I'll post a WTF in the staff section

If it's so much work, the powers that be, should have left well enough alone.
