Getting back into Turbo Mopar's..

Hey everyone.. I've been away for a while after wrecking my Lancer. Been bitten by the "bug" again and started looking around for my next "project". I ran into a guy who owns not 1 but 2 original 89 Turbo vans. One he had shipped in from Oregon I think, and the second he bought for parts. The one he bought for parts he decided against parting it and stored them in a barn. One is a little out of my price range but it practically flawless and it is just a plain maroon turbo caravan. The one I am buying is an 89 ES. It is also a 5-speed. High miles and a little bit of rust, but the price is right and the rust I think can be fixed... I am super excited!!

I saw a van at the local PIP last year, full leather, same as yours, I almost snagged it but changed my mind, the older leather sucks to sit on in the winter-cold, summer-sweat, lol.

Are those seats actual leather, or vinyl? I know I've seen an 84 van with vinyl seats.....

No, they had leather seats. The vinyl was a different looking pattern. That's frickin awesome... I love those interiors.
