That's still a table file error of some kind. Probably a data type that D-Cal doesn't understand. D-Cal doesn't support all of the data types that MP Tuner does (and our ECU's have).

    Re: BoostButton Stage Cals

OK, try this cal on for size. The SMEC cals actually have 2 sets of cold load tables - 1 for idle and 1 for part throttle (they're both ignored for WOT). I was using the part throttle tables in the LM conversion and maybe that's why it was too rich. This one has the idle tables.

    RoachTest.zip

If this works well, I'll apply this change to all of the 2.5 LM cals...

can u open it with mptuner (not the newest mptune). the old version still uses the .tbl file like dcal does. it that works send me the .tbl file that crashes in dcal and i'll see what the problem is.

Just tried it. Took it around the block. Runs good. Didn't go wot. Just part throttle. Idle is smooth. Cold is 11.3-12.0. Hot is 14.0-14.3.

    Re: BoostButton Stage Cals

Updated all of the T-LM Stage cal files with the calculated tables, the updated model code stuff, and updated the 2.5 cold load cal data for the rich idle issue.

I can try one, which stage you think would suit my engine best? I have a 2.5, +1 valves, TU header, 50 trim w/ .63 housing, FWD-P F3 cam, water to air intercooler and full 3" exhaust, 2-piece intake and 52mm TB.

I think the StgIV would be best suited, but it may not be enough. It doesn't have any changes to the Pump Eff table for a big valve head and cam.

I'll try it. I can use my current PumpEff table if it's too lean.

    Dunno, that's what it does.

Tried it as-is, started good, ran good but rich, about a point richer, idled at 12.0ish hot. Probably needs to be scaled for 58 lb injectors. I'll try that next.

    Re: BoostButton Stage Cals

Tried it (StageIV 2.5 mtx) scaled for 58lb injectors. Still rich, idle at 12ish, I ran it hard up through the revs part and full throttle, stayed rich all the way up. WOT it was right at 11.0, part throttle it was 10.5-10.8, it was breaking up under power. This is on 15 psi. WOT roll from about 25-30 mph, 2500 rpms, it spooled fairly quick and rolled the tires over a bit when it hit in 2nd gear. Doesn't seem to pull up top as hard as my cal, which has more timing and less fuel.
