    Just noticed you said Stage II, but I know I tried a T-SMEC Stage IV a while back on my Lebaron and found it rich too.

    Re: BoostButton Stage Cals

    The fuel injector scaling for 3 constants was wrong. wowzer updated MP Tune to correct the scaling. But, if you have a current cal and want to fix the tables, they are:

    PWMIN_NoCellUpdateBelow_PWMIN_Pulsewidth
    FUELTR_FuelMonitorConversionFactor
    POSFUL_AisEnrichmentFuelPulse (only in the SMEC and SBEC code)

    PWMIN probably had minimal effect; FUELTR obviously affected the navigator fuel economy figures; and the POSFUL would have an effect on idle fueling and will be worse for bigger injectors. POSFUL is only in the SMEC and SBEC codebases.

    If everything is working fine in your cal, I wouldn't worry about it. But, if you have a rich idle issue or want to fix the navigator FE display, you'll need to manually scale these values. Scale them by this formula:

    scaling factor = current value * (34.9/injflowrate)^2

    MP Tune scaling factors for the common injectors (scale each of the 3 tables above by this factor using 'right click, scale table' from the pop-up menu):

    +20's --> 69%
    +40's --> 45%
    72's --> 23%

    I'll be updating the stage cals soon with these values corrected.

    Thanks! Very big improvement in the idle AFR with the stage IV LM cal. I was idling at 11-12 before I updated and now it bounces right around 14.7 after about a minute of warmup and goes immediately back to that at idle at stop lights.

    I dont have a scan tool yet, but the cel from knock is turned on and when it gets colder outside and while cruising down the interstate the cel will pop on from time to time, I drove 70 miles one way friday night and on the way there the car was great, 14.7 afrs no cels, and over 40mpg on traveler(which is wrong) going 80 the whole time, on the way back, take note it was colder, I was going 70-75, getting CEL's every couple mintues and 30mpg reading, I just tested the IAT sensor which is reading out of its perimeters, I'll start there.

    Re: BoostButton Stage Cals

    Quick question: I had a pretty decent cal put together back when I was messing with Chem2 or whatever it was, never got to try it. Now I'm trying to use the new software. Do we have anything I can use as a comparison or baseline for a 2.2 with a G-head?

    I've got an 85 charger 2.2 with the the G-head (287) bathtub, 88 TBI roller cam, seimens 55 lb injectors, MTX, 2.5in swingvalve with 2.5 inch exhaust, Rebuilt Garett T2 turbo with some slight modifications. Going to shoot for 18 lbs.

    either you burned the cal with the wrong offset or you have a bad chip. or you made a cal for a different ecu.

    Trying to load a stage II cal, keep getting an error message and it won't load, I have the current version of MPtune.

    It says the file may already be open??? and "an entry with the same key already exists" ?

    Its the Stage II SBEC cal on page 1 in this thread.

    - - - Updated - - -

    Ok, I give up, I can't log in at work unless I use a proxy server but just loaded up that Stage II, I can surf at home but can't load up the staged cal, WTF??????????

    - - - Updated - - -

    How do I unlock the cal to make changes? Can't find the common part in the cal to turn off the CAT sensor and one more, lol, I see the injectors are set at 34.9 lbs, is that ok?

    Re: BoostButton Stage Cals

    Just wanted to say I tried your T_LM_22_MTX_S-III and damn - what a difference compared to the old cal (FWD Performance Stage 5 which sucked bad). I am still having a few issues, but I will read through the nearly 100 pages of info before asking questions I just received my Ostrich 2 today, so tomorrow I will attempt to get MPTune working.

    Sorry, its not yours, but the first guy to make them, but that's ok, I borrowed Blue Shadow's burner so I can burn a chip that doesn't need a latch adapter.

    Re: BoostButton Stage Cals

    Just uploaded updated 2.2 LM Stage Cals (all - II, III, IV). There was an incorrect value for the AIS motor that would cause a high idle. The 2.5 LM cals and all the SMEC/SBEC cals did not have that issue.
