BTW, if anyone knows of a 1991 TI Spirit ES in a wrecking yard, I would be willing to pay handsomely if someone would pull the engine harness and ship it

These are pretty rare eh? I was thinking of using one to swap the 8v into my R/T so I could use the TIII for my shadow.

No doubt there are some 91 TI harnesses in yards, I'm just trying my best to get the word out so people are aware there is a buyer

Paul just modify the TIII harness to 8valve its easy and you dont have to pull it out of the car to do so......
Hi Jackson, thanks for speaking up. Well, there's two things keeping me from doing what you suggest. First, I'm not only converting the R/T to TI status, it's going to get a (Gasp! lol) L/U auto tranny. Secondly, the rolling body didn't even have an engine harness in the bay. It was stripped out pretty seriously!
What I'm leaning toward, is investigating how difficult it would be to use a 1991 TI Shadow harness, and splice on the correct plug for the connector under the dash.

The Shadow harness is very different from the Spirit. You would be closer using a TI Daytona harness. Or I will trade you that 91 Shadow TI harness for a Spirit TIII harness and tell you how to mod it to TI status lolOriginally Posted by blk86trbo
have a 91 spirit r/t main harness engine from firewall. needs subharnesses, those are easier to get. let me know, pulled from running 91 r/t. i actually i have starter harness that can go with it. the rest needs to be found from a FFV car or turbo 1 91-92 car or TIII 91-93 car.

make offer. undamaged. good place to start making a harness and its not difficult
