parts like main bearings, and crankshaft seals and stuff should be interchangeable in my 89 2.5 t-1 right?
I would think so, but I would pull the specific part in reference and post up on the board to confirm.

well as far as the 90 daytona is concerned,it has the 2.2. so my question is. is the 2.2 crankshaft the same size and require the same bearings as a 2.5 crankshaft?
I took advantage of the headbolts being on sale for $9/set and purchased two sets of the 'corteco' brand ones. One set was chrysler spec OEM headbolts (bright tumble polished, captured washer) reboxed and while the other was just the standard felpro black oxide bolts, they came with washers included. Distributor cap included a rotor and of course all parts were USA/Canada origin. Nice suprise on all accounts.
For people like myself who get disgusted with how this country is going down the drain with more and more cheap chinese garbage being passed off as first rate parts I encourage you to take a look at these closeout sales. In some cases its probably the last chance to find good old stock non imported garbage for your beloved little mopar puzzle at giveaway prices.
