Called to Cindy about a used Omni T2 style intercooler and brackets near the first part of August. CC charged and no intercooler yet. 2 other orders have been placed and sent since that time. I do not want to piss anyone off, because I want to get my cal from FWD in the near future. So what is the story?

yes, I'm sorry, I do have a one or two somewhere here at the shop but if you have ever seen my place, we have tons of used TD parts and finding the needle in the haystack can be time consuming. To add to that, my time has been limited because of some personal reasons. I will refund the money on Monday, and hopefully someone else can hook you up with an L-body intercooler quicker than I can sso you can get your project moving.

Contacted CC company on Sept 29th. You had credited account listed on 27th, but it was not in system. So it appears also to be credited on 29th. Double dipped on credit. Will call CC to reverse one of the credits.
CC contacted, but they still have a few hoops that need to be jumped. Will watch account for correction.
yes, it normally takes 3-5 business days for credits to cycle through the banking system. Funny how it take seconds for the CC company to take your money but a few days to give it back..... so just wait a few more days and you should see it done
